Delivery time

Delivery in 3 weeks (15 business days). This delivery time starts when your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. In some cases, delays can happen because of customs checks, public holidays, weather or carrier issues. If your order is late, please contact us and we will help you.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently cannot ship to the following countries: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia and Syria, as well as the Crimea region. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the customer when required. Rules differ from country to country, so please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@ascapmarket.com. We cannot change an order once it has been shipped.

Damaged or missing items

If your package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and the products. We will review your request and find a solution with you.
