These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on ascapmarket.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

2. Who can buy

You must be old enough to make a purchase under the laws of your country. Our store is not intended for children under 16. You agree to give true and complete information when you order.

3. Products

• We describe our products as accurately as possible, with sizes, main ingredients and contents. Colors and packaging may look slightly different from the photos, depending on your screen and on production batches.
• Our products are cosmetic and everyday products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
• Always read the packaging and instructions before use. We recommend a patch test before using a new skincare or makeup product. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are not included and are paid by the customer.
• Payment is made online through Stripe and the payment methods offered at checkout (card, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Affirm, Link). Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted.
• If a price or product information is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and fully refund you.

5. Orders

After you place an order, you receive a confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we cannot ship to your address, or in case of suspected fraud. In that case, you receive a full refund.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Email support@ascapmarket.com with your order number.

7. Shipping

Delivery in 3 weeks (15 business days). Shipping costs 20% of the order total for orders under $500 and is free for orders over $500. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Accepted returns are refunded within 10 business days, including the original shipping cost. The customer pays the return shipping. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, or for problems caused by incorrect use of a product, by not following the instructions, or by delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, layout, logo and our own images) belongs to ASCAP Market or its partners. Product brand names belong to their respective owners. You may not copy our content without permission.

11. Privacy

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We always try to solve any problem with you directly first: please contact us.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the website when you placed the order.
