Our return and refund rules, explained simply.

Return period

You can request a return within 30 days after you receive your order.

Conditions

  • The product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, with any seals intact.
  • Products that have been opened or used, even partially, cannot be returned. This includes skincare, makeup, oral care and feminine care products, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Please include all items that came in the set or gift box.

How to return a product

  • Step 1: Email support@ascapmarket.com with your order number, the product(s) you want to return and the reason.
  • Step 2: We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.
  • Step 3: Pack the product(s) carefully and send the package.

Please do not send a package back before you receive our instructions.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. To cancel, email support@ascapmarket.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under the conditions on this page.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a shipping method that lets you prove the package was sent.

Refunds

When we receive your return, we check that the product is unopened and unused. If the return is accepted, we refund you within 10 business days, to the original payment method. The refund includes the product price and the original shipping cost you paid. The cost of sending the product back to us is not refunded. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few more days for the money to appear on your account.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received a wrong or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and the products. We will review your request and find a solution with you.
