Orders & payment
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. You can also create an account to follow your orders more easily.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Amazon Pay, Klarna, Affirm and Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Some express options, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, may also appear on your device.
In which currency are the prices?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Email support@ascapmarket.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not been shipped yet.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery in 3 weeks (15 business days). Delays can sometimes happen because of customs, public holidays or carrier issues.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs 20% of the order total for orders under $500. Shipping is free on orders over $500. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide, except Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria and the Crimea region.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Your country may charge customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.
Can I track my order?
We do not provide tracking numbers at the moment. If you have a question about your order, email us with your order number and we will give you an update.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days after delivery, if the product is unopened and unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used products, even partially, cannot be returned.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer pays the cost of sending the product back to us.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days after we receive and check your return, to your original payment method. The refund includes the product price and the original shipping cost.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and the products. We will find a solution with you.

Where can I find the ingredients and sizes?
Each product page has a Specifications section with the size, main ingredients and what is in the package. For the full ingredient list, check the product packaging.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend a patch test before first use: apply a small amount on the inside of your arm and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, ask a doctor or pharmacist before use.
